For Online Copy
We usually take 48-120 hours to provide a PDF format or an Online link format (as per the requested license type) of the requested report to the email id registered with us while placing the order. This, however, may vary depending on the customer’s requirements. In case of a customized report, we communicate the deadline through email after receipt of payment. Delvens is known to keep its promises, and we usually strive to deliver the copy of the report before the specified deadline.
Physical Copy
In case you have also requested for a physical copy of the report, delivery depends on your location. Delvens. ships a printed copy of the report to the desired address and a delivery fee is charged basis the location. Usually, delivery time is the same as mentioned by our logistic partners. However, circumstances or logistic issues may cause delay, and Delvens. cannot be held responsible for the same. At the same time, any damage to the report copy during transit is not Delvens. responsibility. Also, any request for returns shall be considered on a case-to-case basis only. Delvens. holds the discretion to decide on return requests.
